3. Payments

A deposit (typically 50%) is required before we begin work.

The remaining balance is due upon project completion or before final delivery.

 Payments are accepted via mobile money, bank transfer, or any method mutually agreed upon.

 Late payments may delay project delivery or result in suspension of service.

 

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all work until full payment is received.* Once payment is completed, the client owns the final product (e.g., website files, logos, graphics).

The client must ensure that all content provided to us (text, images, etc.) is legally owned or licensed.

 

5. Revisions and Approvals

We offer a fixed number of revisions as part of each package.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra fees.

Final approval by the client signifies acceptance of the work as completed.

 

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital services, full refunds are generally not offered once work has started.

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if a project is cancelled early.

No refunds are available after final delivery of services.

We may integrate or use third-party services (e.g., hosting, payment gateways, analytics).

We are not responsible for issues or limitations caused by these external platforms.

 

8. Limitation of Liability
